Role Overview
As part of the Procurement team, reporting to the Global Category Manager for Logistics, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex data, driving key initiatives, and influencing decision-making. While this role focuses on the logistics category, successful candidates will have the opportunity to expand their scope to other Procurement categories after a few months, providing a pathway for professional growth within a global and dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze logistics-related Procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, process optimizations, and other value-adding initiatives.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and data models to track logistics category KPIs, communicating trends, risks, and opportunities effectively.
- Supplier & Spend Data Management: Support the management and enhancement of supplier spend data, enabling actionable insights and data-driven decisions.
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of key Procurement-related projects, ensuring alignment with KONE's objectives and delivering measurable results on time and within budget.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with the Global Category team(s) as well as cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance Procurement's contribution to supply chain efficiency and scalability.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all recommendations and actions align with relevant procurement regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics (procurement, supply chain management, or logistics area would be a big advantage)
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to work with large, complex data sets and transform them into actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience applying advanced analytics to drive performance improvements in Procurement or supply chain operations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and an understanding of logistics within a supply chain context.

We offer you the basic salary starting from 2.700 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
