Position Summary:

Support FP&A Team as Senior BI Analyst for developing dashboards, enhancing and maintaining existing dashboards. Build Models using Python for scenario analysis, prescriptive and predictive analysis and assisting with source data logic development via PL/SQL in SQL database and perform analysis within SQL management tools to identify potential issues and propose resolutions. The ideal candidate is someone with strong hands-on experience with Business Intelligence

Responsibilities include:

• Enhance and maintain existing PowerBI reports supporting ongoing weekly and quarterly reporting and analysis for FP&A Team.
• Design, develop, and drive adoption of new PowerBI reports and automation tools with key stakeholders to streamline workflows and processes and support data-driven insights & decisions.
• Assist with source data logic development via PL/SQL in SQL database and perform analysis within SQL management tools to identify potential issues and propose resolutions.
• Prepare and review documentation for current processes, model structures, and system update processes for existing and newly developed automation tools and reports.
• Partner with Finance System teams and Anaplan COE teams to assist with upstream data management, integrity, and governance.
• Build Models using Python for scenario analysis, prescriptive and predictive analysis.
• Build ETL capabilities using python to scale up / replace existing Excel forecast models.
• Manage, review and implement road - map for improving current dashboards & systems
• Drive adoption of technology and process changes across the FP&A organization

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Intelligence and/or systems experience supporting Finance teams.
• Strong working knowledge of PowerBI, Python and SQL. Hands on experience with TM1, Tableau, and Anaplan is a plus.
• Strong ability to design storytelling reports with data and visualization tools.
• Strong problem solving and analytical / critical thinking skills; and ability to prioritize and apply good judgment.
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to efficiently prioritize multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to translate complex information into concise, and high - quality business requirements that resonate with stakeholders.

Education:

• BS / BA with preferred focuses in Management Information Systems or related areas.
