Job Summary
The Data Analyst I plays a crucial role in supporting our mission by analyzing data and providing insights that drive informed decision-making. In this entry-level position, you will collect, organize, and analyze data to assist in improving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data and possesses a strong analytical mindset.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business objectives.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to assist in decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Support data-driven projects by providing ad hoc analyses and recommendations.

• Assist in automating data processes and improving data quality.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Basic knowledge of database querying (e.g., SQL) is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
