Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-Senior IT Data Analyst  
•    We are seeking a Senior IT Data Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and advanced tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. The ideal candidate will also have experience leveraging Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies to enhance data analytics and automation workflows.
•     This role requires someone who can work independently with stakeholders to drive projects and deliver innovative data solutions. , with experience in IT, this role suits someone who is highly skilled, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
   
Responsibilities   
•    Develop, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow reports and dashboards for IT service management (ITSM). 
• Design and build compelling dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to drive insights on key metrics and KPIs.
 • Use Generative AI (Gen AI) tools and frameworks to automate data reporting processes, generate predictive analytics, and optimize data workflows. 
• Analyze large datasets using Excel (advanced features such as pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP) and transform them into actionable insights.
 • Create high-impact presentations in PowerPoint to communicate data insights and project results to executive stakeholders.
 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions for business needs. 
• Lead and support IT initiatives by managing end-to-end reporting, analytics, and dashboarding processes. 
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Gen AI to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
 • Stay informed about the latest advancements in Generative AI, data visualization, and analytics tools, applying them to enhance current processes.
 Qualifications we seek in you!   
Minimum Qualifications   
•    years of experience in IT, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding.
 • Strong expertise in ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation for ITSM. 
• Proficiency with Tableau and Power BI for creating interactive and data-driven dashboards. 
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies, such as OpenAI, GPT, or similar AI platforms, for automating data workflows and enhancing reporting. 
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to handle large datasets and use macros, complex formulas, and data modeling.
 • Excellent PowerPoint skills to create professional presentations for senior leadership. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently with stakeholders and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
 • Self-motivated and proactive in driving projects to completion, with a strong focus on innovation.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills   
•    Experience integrating Generative AI with data analytics tools to streamline processes and generate advanced insights. 
•    Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM processes.
•    Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages is a plus.
•    Experience with additional automation tools or machine learning platforms is desirable.
