• Brindar la visibilidad necesaria para la toma de decisiones comerciales para clientes B2C.
• Persona encargada en acompañar con analítica del negocio.
• Dar seguimiento a las métricas/KPIs de negocio.
• Acompañar y solventar las necesidades de información del equipo comercial.
• Asegurarse que todos los KPIs tienen reportes recurrentes y debidamente automatizados según necesidad.
• Garantizar que los KPIs del negocio posean la dimensionalidad/granularidad requerida para tomar decisiones informadas.
• Generar bases de datos de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio.
• Mantenimiento diario de las bases de datos asegurando calidad y disponibilidad de la información.
• Promover el uso de herramientas de reportería de BI: Power BI.
