Introduction to the job

Our vision is providing a smart working area, do factory operation software application integration and roll-out for continuous process improvement.

We work together with other data analysts, project leaders and group leaders to solve business issues through analytics at ASML, and apply well-known data analysis techniques and methods.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting all other enterprise level applications such as SAP

• Responsible as a key resource in cross-functional projects to develop and implement new applications for the business functions

• Represent project team in global workshop/meeting to influence process design and decision making

• Engage with stakeholders proactively to learn internal customer wish needs

• Design processes to meet requirements, prepare functional specifications. Prepare test plans, conduct testing validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Communicate application and project status and vision to stakeholders in a timely manner

Analytics

• Support in implementing improvement initiatives and operates under supervision of project leader & senior analyst

• Identify the problem areas, communicates risks, opportunities

• Suggest methods and techniques which allow the business to make data informed decisions and operate more efficiently

Data Processing (including data preparation, report generation, data modeling and data cleansing)

• Processes and crunches data.

• Prepare data for analysis, reporting, and visualization

Data Exploration (including ML, Process Mining and Advanced Analytics)

• Explore ideas to solve a business problem. For example, by using advanced Machine Learning skills which use algorithms and statistical models to analyze and draw inferences from patterns in data

Insight Generation

• Leverage data to draw conclusions on the main causes of a business issue.

• Support in the creation of business cases based on insights gathered

Data Visualization & Storytelling

• Support the development of impactful representations of data and insights, through highly interactive visual interfaces

Project Management

• Participate in projects

Education and experience

• Master with major in Industrial Engineering or Management related fields

• 5+ years working experience with hands-on and management in continuous improvement categories

• Experience with factory operations and logistics is preferred

• Experience in ERP migration and AI-related

Skills

• Demonstrate project leadership, good command of project management, and facilitation skills

• Good team player and able to influence without power

• Cross-functional communication and global project experience

• Courageous to challenge and proactively give and seek constructive feedback

• Project management skills, SAP hands-on, MES hands-on experience and systematic thinking

• Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies and quality management is a plus

• Familiar with information system like Kanban and flow control system is a plus

• Skilled in C#, VBA, Power BI or Spotfire is a plus
