Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Development and Release Data Analytics Reports for Logistics at PS / BBM

2. Steps of Report Development:

• Alignment of Requirements with customers
• Development of data logic for data backend based on development standards
• Creation of Frontend under respect of UX Guidlines
• Release of report with customer and safe-guarding daily operation

3. Documentation of report including video production

4. The role has to ensure that all dashboards are developed according to central development standards

Key Result Areas:

1.      Report creation and backend development are according to plan

2.      Report Development and Quality is ensured by regular reviews 

3.      Development & UX-Design guidelines are known 

4.      Creation and documentation of reports

5.      Develop further approaches for data analytics

6.      Conduct trainings and support for developed solutions

Qualifications

Desired qualification:

Grp3 with 5-8 years of experience in BOSCH Group.

Education: B.E. /B.Tech /MCA /MBA (supply chain /operations) or similar education

Qualification: Theoretical and practical knowledge in at least one programming language (e.g. learned in university or leisure time) is necessary. Advanced knowledge in algorithms, numerical analysis and algebra. Multi-annual operative experience in logistics processes, our SAP-systems (ERP, APO) and reporting landscape of BBM. (BI, BW, SAC)

Desired experience:

Know-How: very good product and/or process knowledge. Additional preferable is know how in further programming languages (Python, SQL, Java), data architecture (how to collect, store, arrange, integrate) and how to put in use.

Functional Skills Required:

1. Fascination: Enthusiasm to explore, visualize and analyze data
2. Ability to mentor/develop/guide development of dashboards
3. Practical experience in logistics and programming
4. Knowledge about RB logistic processes

As Data Analytics Expert within logistics you are responsible for new conception of data analytics use-cases but also ensure the stable availability of existing solutions.
