About the role #JLLTechAmbitions We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our organization as a Data Analyst. This role will have a wide range of responsibilities, including supporting data-driven decision-making within our organization. The role will provide great opportunities for enhancing technical knowledge, research skills, and exposure to technologies in the PropTech domain.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and precision in all analyses.
• Assist in the development and prioritization of Data Quality Rules based on business requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey analytical findings.
• Display a demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures.
• Ensure proper escalation, prioritization, and remediation of data quality issues.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in information science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline in science, business.
• 5+ year of work experience in the fields of Analysis, Research, Data management, or a fresher.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills & Competencies
• Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to deal with large volumes of data.
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet client needs.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Python, R, SQL, or others.
