Solutions Architect, AI

We are looking for a senior AI/ML engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Data science, MLOps and a passion for innovation. Responsibilities include building mature enterprise-ready AI solutions leveraging mix of AI services/platforms, data architecture and layered distributed architecture.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
2. Strong 5 years of experience building ML powered services and ML algorithms.
3. Thorough understanding of MLOps practices for large scale ML solutions.
4. Experience with GenAI/LLMs based solutions and tools like Langchain, Langsmith, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Haystack.
5. Proficiency in Python, Pytorch, Tensorflow, R, and Variety of ML algorithms.
6. Familiarity with AWS ML stack (SageMaker Jumpstart/Canvas, Bedrock)
7. Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Design complex customized AI solutions involving layered AI services/logic, mature data readiness practice mostly focusing on GenAI and LLMs.
2. Implement MLOps best practices within all AI/ML solution development projects.
3. Lead a team of AI engineers and provide technical leadership/mentorship.
4. Collaborate to translate business needs into AI solutions.
5. Stay updated on AI advancements and build team/organization capabilities/competencies.
