Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Data Quality Leader based in Rabat, with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Data Management within the automotive industry. QMS standards such as IATF 16949 or ISO 9001, and proficiency with data management tools and systems, and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

Main responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems in alignment with automotive industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with ISO/IATF requirements.
• Define and enforce Data Quality Level (DQL) metrics to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and address data quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
• Develop and implement tools and systems to automate quality and data management workflows.
• Ensure all quality and data processes adhere to regulatory standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

• Experience:
  i. 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Data Management within the automotive industry.
  ii. Practical knowledge of QMS standards such as IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
  iii. Familiarity with data management tools and systems.

• Skills:
  i. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  ii. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  iii. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  iv. Expertise in CAD tools (CATIA or NX).
  v. Familiarity with PLM systems.
  vi. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  vii. Certifications in ISO Auditing, Six Sigma, or other quality disciplines.
  viii. Proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC).

Additional Information

Strong knowledge of QMS standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
