As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Regulatory Data Analyst to manage critical regulatory reporting and contribute to enhancing our data processes. Your work will play a key role in ensuring we meet reporting requirements while driving efficiency in our reporting framework. Depending on your experience or interest the role can be shaped to fit your interest and/or experience.

As our new Regulatory Data Analyst, you will be part of our Capital & Regulatory Reporting team, reporting to Meinhard Arge Jensen. The team currently comprises 3 talented individuals located in Copenhagen and Aarhus who are focused on ensuring accurate and timely financial regulatory reporting within the broader Finance function.

What will you do?

• Extract, analyze and report data from multiple sources to produce monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reports such as MFI, COREP, KRGS or KFRTBS to name a few.

• Develop frameworks and processes to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate closely with financial reporting teams to prepare regulatory reports based on their foundational work.

• Manage execution-focused tasks for regulatory submissions to authorities.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, including minor automation or coding enhancements.

We’re excited to connect with you if you:

• Have experience in either a regulatory reporting role, a finance/risk-related field, or a data-heavy environment 

• Are proficient in Excel and have experience handling large datasets (preferred but not required). 

• Have a student or early-career background in banking, data management, or related fields.

• Possess excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Thrive in a collaborative environment and can communicate effectively with stakeholders.
