The Role:

We are looking for a new Analytics Engineering Manager to help YouLend make better decisions, faster - by structuring, curating and presenting all our data on a single company-wide platform. The Analytics Engineering Manager will take ownership over owning the entire suite of data models within our data warehouse. In this role you will be expected to own the entire suite of data models within our Data Warehouse. You will structure and lead on projects to improve the quality and efficiency of our Data Products. You will manage our team of three Analytics Engineers and contribute to the overall vision for Data & Analytics at YouLend.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and dbt (data build tool) for efficient data transformation and management.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses, with a preference for Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation platforms such as Tableau, Looker, and Metabase to effectively communicate insights.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on developing innovative solutions.
  • Experience in project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of data initiatives.
  • Leadership experience with at least two years of managing and mentoring teams.
