What You'll Do

• Day to day ensure the customers’ models are running as intended and troubleshoot issues that arise.
• Support strategic projects, by working side by side with the data scientist from design to delivery processes around the modeling project Cloud Service: Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Experience with Docker, Docker Swarm, and Micro-Services.
• Scripting and Coding (comfortable working with Haskell, Scala, Shell, Python, Java, JavaScript, and Spark. Familiarity with C, all sounds like a big plus to us!)
• Data Processing: Good understanding of data processing pipelines.
• Databases: Experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases, (MongoDB, Redis and snowflake preferred).
• Version Control and DevOps: Experience with git workflows and pull requests. CI/CD experience is a plus.
• Problem Solving: Ability to perform root cause analysis for production issues and provide solutions.
• Machine learning and modeling: level of understanding to work with data Scientist and their requests

Requirements

• Experience with AI and machine learning Python packages such as Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Keras.
• Strong Java skills.
• Proficient in Python environments and coding with data frames, and browser automation.
• Experience in Retail or eCommerce modeling and pricing reports, Excel, statistics, data processing, and Java reports- good to have them.
• Fluent speaking English; ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers and your boss :)
• Supports ad-hoc analytical services requests.
• Strong orientation towards servicing customers.

Nice to have:

• BMS in Data Science or Statistics

• Experience in GAMS
