Overview

As an operations expert on the Client Data Management Americas team, your role involves managing various functions including client reference data management and client account management. You are responsible for overseeing bank processing and operational activities, with a focus on meeting time zone sensitive and regulatory requirements. Your key objectives are to ensure effective communication with senior stakeholders, implement necessary changes with minimal disruptions to business activities, handle escalated requests and projects, and adhere to Key Operating Procedures and Standard Level Agreements. Additionally, you play a crucial role in identifying and resolving data issues to ensure the readiness of data for use in bank systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure adherence to agreed standards and procedures within specified timelines

  • Enhance the quality and timeliness of deliverables

  • Oversee delivery against agreed timelines and milestones in collaboration with key stakeholders and business partners

  • Maintain records, track progress, and report on risks and issues

  • Manage escalations from stakeholders, coordinating end-to-end and providing regular updates until resolution

  • Prioritize regulatory requirements, including addressing observations, maintaining sustainable business operations, and resolving Group Audit reviews

Skills You’ll Need

  • Prior experience in client on-boarding and account opening is desirable

  • Possess basic knowledge and understanding of relevant business solutions available in the market

  • Display openness and willingness to share information, knowledge, and expertise with colleagues and team members

  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a strong commitment to working with data, resolving issues, and achieving success within a team setting

  • Capable of identifying issues, documenting root causes, and offering appropriate solutions

  • Possess strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration and communication with key parties

  • Demonstrate proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with a track record of successfully addressing complex issues

  • Display project management expertise, capable of effectively planning, organizing, and executing projects to achieve desired outcomes

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $48,000 to $68,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
