Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As an AI Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions tailored specifically to Finance & Lending platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for AI solutions, with a specific focus on language models and natural language processing technologies.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
3. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including data scientists, engineers, and customers, to gather requirements and define product specifications.
4. Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining key milestones, feature prioritization, and timelines for product development.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales teams to align on product goals, prioritize tasks, and drive successful product launches.
6. User Experience: Champion the user experience by ensuring that AI products are intuitive, user-friendly, and effectively address the needs of professionals and end-users.
7. Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that AI models meet high standards of accuracy, reliability, and performance.
8. Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance and effectiveness of AI products post-launch, and iterate based on feedback and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in product management roles, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or natural language processing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated abilities and a track record of driving successful product launches in fast-paced environments.
