The position is responsible for Data Analytics and Channel Management across the International region. In Data Analytics, you will collect and analyze meaningful data, developing products that drive informed business strategies and deliver measurable value. In Channel Management, your focus will be on optimizing channel efficiency and profitability, while driving pricing and tender intelligence to support growth and operational excellence.

The Role

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Develop a comprehensive playbook for field analytics, reporting, and monthly reviews to support international business strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities while scaling best practices across regions.
  • Build and maintain a central data repository and reliable databases for actionable insights.
  • Design standardized dashboards and data products to enable informed decisions and drive business value.
  • Lead analytics initiatives, including market, commercial, financial, and P&L modeling, and integrate data for performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create dashboards for social media, omnichannel campaigns, and lead performance metrics.
  • Perform pricing and volume analysis to optimize forecasting, new launches, GTM models, and profitability.

Customer Insights & Channel Management

  • Support sales and marketing teams with actionable recommendations derived from customer insights and market trends.
  • Standardize distribution agreements, incentive plans, and term sheets in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Develop tools to enhance inventory visibility and channel profitability.
  • Support the establishment of a proactive tender management process with the Commercial Excellence Leader, including a centralized databank and dashboards for regional reporting.

Pricing & Governance

  • Drive pricing governance in alignment with global platforms and develop pricing playbooks with key stakeholders.
  • Transition from reactive to proactive pricing models and implement frameworks for free-of-cost goods to support profit targets.

Experience

  • Strong mathematical & numeracy skills supporting well developed analytic skills
  • A good understanding of databases, understanding of reporting & data visualization tools such as Business Objects, PowerBI and Tableau, digital marketing analytics tools including Google 360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Marketing Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Presentation skills – ability to effectively articulate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand
  • Communication skills with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
  • Project and Program Management skills and experience , will the ability to execute efficiently.  
  • A strong capacity for applying problem solving skills and methods  
  • A natural team player who work cross functionally and collaborate with across countries and regions.
  • Fluent English is a requirement for this role. French language skills are preferred
