Data Analytics Manager

The Manager, Data Analytics will support our Transportation Network Company (TNC) and lead operations analysis, reporting, and tool development for senior management and field leadership while also supporting major strategic analytic projects to provide operational perspective to systems changes.

What You’ll Do:

· The Manager, Data Analytics will develop tools, dashboards, and analysis to help field leaders make educated, real-time decisions that are in the best interest of the customers and company. This will be inclusive of analytical support to field operators, as well as Senior Leadership.

· Provide cross-functional analytical support to Maintenance, Fleet Management, Marketing, and Revenue Management, Finance and Accounting for initiative performance measurement as well as other ad-hoc analysis needs.

· Responsible for ensuring that the dashboards and tools accurately represent actions occurring, they meet the expectations of the field leaders who are the primary audience, and for keeping the systems/dashboards up to date and operating properly.

· Responsible for coding and developing various automated performance reports as well as maintenance reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

· Build reliable, efficient , testable and maintainable data pipelines.

o Using Metadata driven ETL tools and open Source data processing frameworks.

· Responsibility for division or enterprise reporting using Business Intelligence Reporting Platform (Tableau Preferred)

What We’re Looking For:

· 8 years’ experience in Data Management

· Bachelors in Data Science, Information Security, or like field required

· Masters degree preferred

· Expert proficiency in Data Management

· Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations

· Ability to influence
