Our Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Engineers help companies from different sectors (including financial, insurance, educational, legal) to become more customer-centric. We use machine-learning capabilities to improve processes that affect customer experience.

We are looking for Senior/Regular Machine Learning Engineer.

When you join us your Key Responsibilities will center around:

• AI/ML Model Development: Design and implement advanced machine learning models, focusing on LLMs and NLP for complex problem-solving.
• Prototyping and Rapid Iteration: Use tools to rapidly prototype solutions and demonstrate concepts to stakeholders.
• Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI/ML trends, contributing fresh ideas and methods.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software development, product, and design teams to integrate AI/ML solutions seamlessly.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand needs, present prototypes, and refine solutions based on feedback.
• Quality & Validation: Ensure model accuracy and reliability through rigorous testing and validation.

Salary- regular:

PLN 12 000-19 200/month Before Tax (Long-term contract (B2B))

PLN 10 000-16 000/month Gross (Contract of employment)

Salary- senior:

PLN 18 000-28 200/month Before Tax (Long-term contract (B2B))

PLN 15 000-23 500/month Gross (Contract of employment)

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly LLMs and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools (like Streamlit) or simple service development (BE with FastAPI or Flask).
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML services.
• Client-facing experience in requirements gathering and solution presentation.
  

Nice to haves:

• Basic front-end development experience (e.g., React) for simple UI creation.
• Experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) or model deployment/MLOps.
• Familiarity with specialized AI domains (e.g., computer vision, speech recognition)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
