Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of insightful dashboards and reporting tools that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and create data models that align with our goals.
• Perform in-depth analysis to unlock opportunities and monitor key performance indicators that drive success.
• Mentor and guide junior BI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis, with a focus on BI engineering.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data modeling.
• Experience in leading BI projects and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
• A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
