Key Responsibilities:

Very good SQL, Python (Intermediate), Tableau, Good Communication, Stakeholder management Lead Data Analyst to lead our data analysis team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SQL and Python, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will be responsible for overseeing data analysis projects, mentoring team members, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Lead a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality data analysis projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data insights.
Design and implement data analysis frameworks and methodologies. Develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting systems.
Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau to create compelling data stories.
Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and capabilities. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.
Strong SQL skills, including experience with complex queries and data manipulation. Intermediate Python programming skills, including knowledge of libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships. Ability to lead and mentor a team of data analysts. Preferred Skills: Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling techniques. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with data governance and data quality management.
