Lift Implementation Specialist - GenAI

1. Extensive knowledge of large language models, natural language processing techniques and prompt engineering.
2. Experience in testing and validation processes to ensure the models' accuracy and efficiency in real-world scenarios.
3. Experience in design, build, and deployment of innovative applications utilizing Gen AI technologies such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based chatbots or agents.
4. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, or Java.
5. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud platforms.
6. Effective communication and presentation skills.
7. Analyzes problems, identifies solutions, and makes decisions.
8. Demonstrates a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.

1. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
2. Experience with OCI services to create scalable and reliable frameworks for language model-based applications.
3. Hands-on experience with emerging LLM frameworks and plugins, such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, VectorStores and Retrievers, LLM Cache, LLMOps (MLFlow), LMQL, Guidance, etc.
4. Experience with OpenSearch, Vector databases, PostgreSQL and Kafka Streaming.
5. Engages with the Technical Sales Teams, prospects, and customers to ensure business needs can be addressed with OCI’s capabilities.
6. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Gen AI, including emerging theories, algorithms, and technologies.
7. Cybersecurity in AI and ML.
8. OCI Generative AI Professional Certification is an added advantage.

1. Responsible for participating in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement cloud-based AI solutions.
2. Deploy or migrate custom solutions into Container Engine for Kubernetes leveraging automation and DevOps principles. 
3. Utilization of tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and timely migrations of cloud native solutions from other cloud providers with minimal disruption to business operations.
4. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as cloud architects, cloud operations, and application support to ensure successful delivery of the project.
5. Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations).  
6. Proactive approach to the task and self-learner. Self-motivated, you have the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.
7. Ability to work in (virtual) teams. To get a specific job done often requires working together with many colleagues spread out in different countries.
8. Comfortable in a collaborative, agile environment.
9. Ability to adapt to change with a positive mindset.
