The EMEA Data & Business Analyst is responsible for helping to establish data-driven decisions by developing, maintaining, and optimizing both business and financial analytics for Customer Care EMEA. The Business Data Analyst will work with partners across the business to help ensure data drives decision making.

This position is part of the Customer Care department and will be located onsite in Amsterdam.

We are looking for a candidate for a temporary position for one year.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing and maintaining data quality standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to forecast future trends and outcomes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through data analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and database management systems.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience with:

•  Experience with Einstein Analytics / SFDC to analyze and visualize data reporting
• Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence/Data Analytics tools
