Our Data Operations team is at the forefront of collecting, analyzing, and researching corporate data. We specialize in profiling companies. Our work extends to mapping corporate relationships, constructing comprehensive corporate trees that include ultimate parents and subsidiaries with ownership stakes. Additionally, we delve into business relationships, sourcing information on products, suppliers, and competitors from various filings. Our team operates across multiple locations, including Ahmedabad, Gurugram, Hyderabad, and Manila, we thrive in a collaborative environment that values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Job Description:

As a Business Process Improvement Expert within our Data Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our data collection process. Find an resource optimization opportunity through process analysis to deploy those resource to expand the coverage. Your expertise will drive the optimization of our semi-automated workflows, ensuring that our corporate data profiling, relationship mapping, and business intelligence activities are executed with precision and innovation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations to implement cutting-edge process improvements that align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities & Impact:

  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement. Focus on enhancing accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency across all data operations.
  • Opportunity Identification: Evaluate existing workflows to pinpoint pain points, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals by leading/driving identified projects.
  • Process Mapping and Documentation: Develop comprehensive process maps and documentation, utilizing tools like Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to visualize workflows and define capacity for each process step.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to assess process performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Redesign: Design and implement new processes aimed at eliminating waste and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Implementation and Change Management: Lead the deployment of new processes, effectively managing change and addressing any stakeholder resistance to ensure successful adoption.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously track process improvement progress, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Process Discovery: Lead efforts to uncover and document existing processes, identifying areas for potential improvement and innovation. Utilize advanced techniques to map out current workflows and uncover hidden inefficiencies.
  • Lean Methodologies: Apply Lean principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance value delivery. Focus on creating more efficient workflows that align with organizational goals.
  • Automation Implementation: Identify opportunities for automation within existing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation solutions that reduce manual intervention and improve data quality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process improvements are aligned with organizational goals and deliver significant business impact.
  • Succession Planning: Create the second line from the existing talent by coaching, mentoring and training them

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, MBA, Master in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques, including the 5 Whys Method and Fishbone Diagrams.
  • Proven track record of successful process improvement implementations.
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Business acumen to understand the larger picture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
