Development
Build cutting-edge FinTech solutions for banking, front office trading, and risk across all segments of the global market. Specific areas would entail
▪ Low latency electronic trading including algorithmic trading
▪ Complex derivatives and structured products trading
▪ Real time and intra-day risk including Monte Carlo simulations, climate risk valuations
▪ Auto-hedging and portfolio optimizations
▪ Intelligent automation of trade processing including applied robotics
▪ Intelligent anti-money laundering and fraud detection
▪ Real time cash flow predictive modelling
▪ Modernization of global real time payments
▪ Digital Banking Assistants and enhanced BOT capabilities
Work with global development teams and business partners across USA, UK, Europe and Asia Pacific including quants, strategists, traders, and risk managers.

Job Description*

The Cross Asset Quants in India team supports a broad set of work in conjunction with employees located in Europe and the US. The work includes development and support of a Quantitative application using Python libraries, AMPS, AmCharts5, Dash and many other in-house tools. This is a high visibility role and would entail regular exposure to senior management.

Responsibilities*

• Design and Development of the back-end of a Quantitative application
• Lead the development of key projects by discussing with Senior Management
• Effective communication with internal clients and partners and articulate the requirements
• Liaising with technology and QA partners to deliver new features
• Maintain and develop documentation on processes where needed
• Addressing ad-hoc requests from trading and sales partners
• Adhering to strict deadlines

Requirements*

• Education*
  • Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative / technical discipline with background in programming
  • Top tier – IITs, NITs etc.

• Certifications If Any

• Experience Range*
  • 0 – 4 years of experience

• Foundational skills*
• Programming proficiency
• Good Quantitative skills. Knowledge of following is preferred:
  • Time series Analysis
  • Probability theory
  • Statistical Analysis
