Job Description & Summary: A career in our New Technologies practice, within Application and Emerging Technology services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients identify and prioritize emerging technologies that can help solve their business problems. We help clients design approaches to integrate new technologies, skills, and processes so they can drive business results and innovation. Our team helps organizations to embrace emerging technologies to remain competitive and improve their business by solving complex questions. Our team focuses on identifying and prioritizing emerging technologies, breaking into new markets, and preparing clients to get the most out of their emerging technology investments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI and machine learning models based on modern frameworks and techniques.
• Seek opportunities to reuse existing processes and services to streamline support and implementation of key systems.
• Create reusable design patterns and code modules to support consistent and productive implementation of AI/ML technologies.
• Research and engage in Proof-Of-Concept (POC) activities related to emerging AI/ML technologies.
• Stay abreast of tools and technologies to influence IT strategy so that it provides the best usage opportunities for business.
• Adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment.
• Manage and build client relationships and deliver high-value client projects.
• Work closely with client teams and business personnel to uncover opportunities and draw actionable insights.
• Involvement in additional internal firm-building activities such as knowledge management and recruiting.

Mandatory skill sets:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in development and deployment of AI/ML solutions leveraging cloud services such as AWS (SageMaker, Lambda), GCP (AI Platform), or Azure (Machine Learning Studio).
• 5+ years of hands-on application development experience in programming languages like Python, and R.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Experience with back-end frameworks including Flask and Django.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Gulp or Webpack.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest or Mocha.
• Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (preferably EKS or GKE).
• Experience with application interface security and data security models.
• Knowledge of MLOps and 12-Factor Application Development Methodology.
• Experience with data services such as Postgres, Redis, Cassandra/MongoDB.
• Experience in gathering, identifying, and documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications for new systems and processes.
• Familiarity with emerging AI/ML technologies and an understanding of when and how to leverage them to solve business problems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence others and build consensus.

Preferred skill sets:

• Experience with queuing services such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Familiarity with API and Microservice concepts such as Swagger and Microservice Discovery.
• Understanding of authentication/identity concepts such as OAuth flows and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, React Native, Vue.js, or IONIC.
• Experience working in regulated environments and with internal systems quality policies and procedures.
• Experience in working in Scrum/Agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes.
• Knowledge of data architectures associated with information integration

10 to 12 years

Education qualification:

•             Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.

•             Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
