YOUR POSITION:

PRODUCT DATA ANALYST

YOUR ROLE:

As a valued member of our Product Analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing our data, interpreting trends and patterns, building metrics and insights as well as helping us make better business decisions across the group.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Being fully hands-on in applying your expertise in quantitative analysis, modeling, data mining, and presentation of data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for the business.
    • Regular quality monitoring of Installment Loan and Revolving credit products and proposing improvement ideas based on relevant analysis.
    • Closely working with the Data, Engineering, and Risk teams to share data-related roadmaps and help drive data strategy.
    • Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses to support Installment Loan and Revolving credit product needs.

Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong SQL knowledge - window functions, common table expressions, optimization techniques, clean code, etc.
    • Experience with Python or R.
    • Experience with Power BI or any other BI tools
    • A startup mindset and willingness to work in a fast-evolving environment.
    • Fluency in spoken and written English.
    • Passion about what you do.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

    • Previous work experience in the Financial/Fintech sector.
    • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics or Statistics
    • Good MS Excel skills
    • Knowledge of Data Transformation tools like DBT
    • Knowledge Data Orchestration tools like Airflow
    • Experience working with Atlassian (Confluence, Jira)
