Marketing Data Analyst

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a

Role purpose:

Provide a range of management information and analyses to relevant areas of the business, supporting sales and marketing stakeholders by analysing trends, marketing performance and account landscapes. Review and analyse digital marketing systems, assess user needs and provide solutions to a variety of business analytics problems.

What you’ll do:

• Manages, cleans, and consolidates data from internal and external systems
• Provide suggestions for optimising the customer experience based on insights through web analytics in the field of marketing
• Delivers in-depth and detailed analyses, PowerPoint & Excel reports continuously develops, maintains, and updates existing campaign reporting tools and dashboards
• Create dashboards with the analytics tool
• Collaborates with organizational leaders and other stakeholders to identify informational needs
• Manages projects from business development to providing the optimal solution/output to the stakeholder’s need
• Decision support & Business Case creation / development

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Strong creative mindset, 3+ years ‘experience in identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends 
• Good data handling, manipulation, and visualization skills
• Good understanding of marketing, especially related to campaign analytics and marketing funnel
• Ability to gather requirements effectively, present solutions and communicate with business stakeholders at different levels of seniority
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Advanced in Adobe Analytics or similar tools
• Fluency in English
• Intermediate skills in German
