Base Pay Range: $115,900.00 - $197,000.00

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities

Bring your validated experience to build new algorithms for KLAs innovative inspection products. Help drive creative ideas, implement proof of concepts, productizing and evaluating new algorithms! By providing technical expertise you will be supporting other team members, collaborators, and customers. This is an opportunity to work on innovative problems where you will become an authority and indispensable within the KLA Algorithm team. Solidify your depth of knowledge while growing your scope of responsibilities to become a leader in the Computer Vision and Image Processing field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience required in development in Deep Learning for Computer Vision/Image Processing
• Very strong experience with C++ coding is required
• Experience prototyping deep learning Algorithms using Python is required
• Full stack hands-on experience with data and backend infrastructure and front-end and user interface for algorithms is highly preferred
• Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: Linear and Nonlinear Optimization techniques, CUDA/GPU Programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow ), and Data Analysis and Visualization tools
• Great teammate with excellent problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills, as demonstrated by practical experience in academic or work projects or internships.

What will differentiate you

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of innovative research in Deep Learning algorithms for Computer Vision/Image Processing. Hands on experience solving computer vision challenges, strong image processing fundamentals, and an appreciation of complex image acquisition systems are highly desirable.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree with 2+ years of experience required in development in Deep Learning or Image Processing
