SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way. The US TikTok User & Product Operations organization is looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and detail-oriented team member to provide high quality analysis to cross functional stakeholders. We are looking for a strategic self-starter with excellent project management skills who is ready to learn and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and different functions across cultures and time zones. The ideal candidate is a humble, curious, and skilled listener, communicator and relationship-builder.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities
- Builds a working understanding of TikTok music ecosystem&product, its customers, data infrastructure, and business goals.
- Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques. Provide in-depth content supply diagnosis and user behavior analysis to support strategy iteration
- Understands basic business performance and answers product and business questions to drive business actions.
- Identifies and evaluates the quality of different data sources used for key result/metric calculations. Operationalizes compelling self-service dashboards and tools.
- Reflects on the requirements or directions provided on a project idea to anticipate gaps and provides recommendations for improved delivery
-Occasionally plans and facilitates stakeholder requirements sessions and leverage business perspective
