Program Details 

  • Start Date: September 2025 

  • Duration: 2 years 

  • Structure: Three individual eight-month placements 

  • Focus Areas: Machine learning, AI, and data science in drug discovery and development.

Placement Opportunities

Salary Information 

We offer a competitive base salary of $82,500 per annum, plus a performance-based annual bonus. Enjoy a generous paid time off program and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and 401K). The program also offers relocation support if qualified. 

Minimum Requirements 

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative science subject (e.g., Math, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science) awarded in 2024 or due by September 2025. 

  • Experience: Documented experience in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or Cheminformatics. 

  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of key machine learning or statistical models. Proficiency in Python or multiple data-centric programming languages for Big Data analysis. 

Application Process 

You will be based at the site of application for the entire 2-year duration. No international placements are offered for this program.

Virtual Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a full-day virtual assessment, including: 

  • Live Presentations: Showcase your knowledge and communication skills. 

  • Q&A Sessions: Engage with our team through interactive question-and-answer segments. 

  • Observed Group Exercise: Demonstrate your collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
