About the team
The Data & Analytics(D&A) team aims to use data as powerful language to translate business goals and evaluate business achievement. As one of functions on the Content Strategy & Policy team, the D&A team inherits Content Strategy & Policy team's general mission : be a connective tissue between cross functional stakeholders from a data perspective and provide analytics and internal operational tool support. It includes 3 parts: Central D&A, Regional D&A, Data Operation team.

Responsibilities
The general goals for the team are to:
- Provide a general measurement framework to evaluate Content Ops contribution with internal Content Ops team and Product and Algo team.
- Create elite one stop data tool with unified metrics definition for Content Ops team daily operation efficiency improvement.
- Provide best-in class analytics and ecosystem insights for the Content organization.
- Optimize/scope internal operational tools to improve efficiency in the areas reflected by general measurement framework.

As for the lead of Data Operation team, the main goals is to proactivly optimize/scope internal operational tools to improve efficiency in the areas reflected by general measurement framework. The following specific responsibility are needed:
- Work with Central D&A, Data BP, PM and Ops stakeholder optimizing / scoping internal operational tools (e.g., CRM) to improve efficiency in the areas reflected by general measurement framework and address key needs of Creator and Publisher teams.
- Work with Central D&A leaders to explore and scale day-to-day data analysis work into tools to improve efficiency.
- Work with other Central D&A members to connect operational tools and performance metrics to explore opportunities for Ops output and efficiency optimization.
- Responsible for data sync from important external platforms (e.g., Tubular) for Content Ops team
