About the team
We are seeking a senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shop User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers WW. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for building platforms that power the user growth of TikTok Shop (E-commerce business) globally
- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for UG Platform(s)
- Work collaboratively with global and XFN teams (Product, Eng, Marketing, Data Science and Prod Operations, etc) to execute effectively on the defined roadmap
- Build an in-depth understanding of the needs of Acquisition and Customer Lifecycle teams and the nuances in their operations across different regions
- Author comprehensive PRDs and work with Product, Eng, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive them to launch
- Work with ML and Data Science teams to identify opportunities primed for optimization through the deployment of ML models
- Accurately estimate and measure the impact of launches, establish and monitor key performance metrics
- Be an effective communicator of the vision and progress of your area to your working teams, leadership, and across the org
- Analyze market trends and recommend appropriate pricing strategies based on data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain revenue metrics and forecasts and use them to recommend pricing strategies
- Collaborate with XFN teams to enhance pricing and promotion strategies and optimize revenue and profitability
