Lead Executive/Asst Manager – Admissions & Academic Affairs Department

[What the role is]
Play a crucial role in facilitating admissions and enrolment exercises, managing and analysing key statistics, and leveraging on digital tools to enhance business processes.

[What you will be working on]

• Part of a dynamic team to work with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the joint-polytechnic admissions exercises proceed smoothly

• Manage admissions/enrolment systems and digital services as business owners, and work closely with the application development team to test and deploy systems, troubleshoot issues faced and provide support to end-users

• Leverage on digital tools to deliver accurate and meaningful statistics for the use in enhancing business processes and providing insights to facilitate effective decision making 

• Lead and/or participate in projects to enhance service delivery and student experience through digitalisation and adoption of digital enablers, e.g. develop e-Workflows or Digital Process Automation using software such as MS Power Automate

[What we are looking for]

• Relevant qualifications in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics/Data Analytics or relevant disciplines, with at least 1 year of working experience in programming

• Ability to develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets (e.g., using Pivot Tables, formulas, and other advanced functions) and leverage other tools for creating reports and dashboards

• Working knowledge in scripting, data analysis and analytics software such as Python, Microsoft Access and Power BI is an added advantage

• Meticulous and possess strong analytical and effective communication skills

• Self-directed learner with passion for continuous learning and improvement, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

• A team player, driven and possesses a strong customer service mindset
