Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Quality Data Management Administrator based in Rodange!

The Quality Data Management Administrator is the primary support for customers requests  related to quality services, quality processes and data management. This role initiates data management processes, such as creating codes, developing customer questionnaires, and generating formal documentation. The overarching objective is to facilitate the seamless exchange of valuable information within the organization. This ensures that we can provide our customers with timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses regarding our capabilities and processes, supported by clear evidence.

In this critical role and linked to the Master data management part, you will:

  • Be responsible for all item master setup in our main ERP system using input from stakeholders and internal predefined rules specifically.
  • Be a critical gatekeeper for information received , do spot check validations before applying provided requests or data to ERP systems and maintain data integrity and simplification.
  • Be Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly validation runs in a specific ERP system IDQ to check if all data is correct and complete and in line with the validation criteria.
  • Interpret database output for ensuring correct and timely set up of  Product Lifecycle Management data settings in ERP system.
  • Responsible for responsiveness to all the other departments, business and production, for handling data and documents requested 

As for the Quality Services role, you will: 

  • Support other functions in the central quality team in case of needs (claims handling, initiating reporting or evidence to sustainable certification like mass balance , sustainability declaration, audit documents, others…). 
  • Interact with our internal sales organization ,in case of customer request, possibly in the language of the customer to collect information related  to quality service.
  • Provide training on certification rules when needed to both team members and external persons.
  • Ensure the management of the documentation from support departments in the document management system .

Qualifications

Let’s talk about you!

  • You have a Bachelor or Master in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or Printing Technology or equivalent experience
  • You have a successful experience in an industrial B2B environment with a sound customer focus/quality expertise in a quality & customer service team  
  • You demonstrated experience and solid knowledge of ERP systems, 
  • You possess a clear understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Gmail and function specific softwares such as QAD, WCS  etc.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills in English,  both spoken and written; additional European languages such as German, French  are a plus
  • You perform well under pressure and you are able to manage a number of key tasks at the same time
  • High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important
  • You possess an energetic, dedicated and enthusiastic work approach combined with strong self management; you have an analytical mindset to meet deadlines and to do what it takes to get the job done
  • You have a strong cultural empathy and you are a team-player, 
  • You are able to build relationships to operate in a complex multinational organization
  • You have an experience with product development and product commercialization processes
