Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI driven platform capabilities, part of a state of the art orchestration and automation platform;
  • Analyze available data for training machine learning models or fine-tuning LLMs;
  • Leverage composable frameworks for implementing AI driven capabilities as a single service or as an agentic flow;  
  • Collaborate with other experts and stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into scalable solutions;
  • Optimize deployed AI capabilities, ensuring optimal performance in high demanding environments;
  • Share knowledge in the team and across other value streams.

How about You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field, with 3+ years of engineering experience;
  • Proficiency in programming in Python and/or Java;
  • Experience working with event driven architecture;
  • Solid understanding of latest AI/Machine Learning technologies, and frameworks;
  • 2+ years of work experience in designing, training and evaluating (transformer based) models;
  • 1+ year of work experience with implementing Generative AI applications leveraging composable frameworks (e.g. LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy)  and API-based LLMs;
  • Proven experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, Haystack, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex workflows;
  • Proven work experience with fine-tuning LLMs; 
  • Experience working in multiple multi-functional teams (engineering, data science, ops, product management);
  • Experience working with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Proven problem-solver and fast learner;
  • Passion for solving complex problems with AI/ML technologies;
  • Value-oriented - you want to create solutions that bring value to our customers;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
