During this internship, you'll have the unique opportunity to directly contribute to projects that enhance our service desk, invoice queries, and customer portals.

Your internship

During your internship, you'll work on various AI-driven projects that make our operations more efficient. Here are some of the key tasks:

• AI for the Service Desk: Develop and implement AI solutions to answer customer queries faster and more effectively. This includes training chatbots or improving self-service options

• AI for Invoice Queries: Analyze and automate invoice-related processes using AI, ensuring customer questions are answered more quickly and billing is more efficient

• AI in the Customer Portal: Help integrate AI into the customer portal to improve user experience, such as offering personalized recommendations or automating frequently asked questions

Requirements

What we are looking for

• You're pursuing an HBO or WO degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science)

• You’re located in the Netherlands, preferably in the surroundigs of Amsterdam

• You have an interest in applying AI and machine learning to practical business processes

• You can work well independently but also thrive in a team environment

• You have excellent communication skills in English

• Experience with programming languages like Python is a plus
