Position Overview:

The Sales Data Analyst Intern role within the Sales Operations team is designed to support our project managers as well as our data strategy organization, with sales and market analysis. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and ensure we have detailed and accurate reporting and actionable analytics using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, and SQL.  You will have the skill set to combine data sets across multiple data sources and deliver solutions in a clear and actionable manner to the end users, in ways that are universally understandable or easy to interpret and spot patterns, trends, and correlations.  

What you’ll be doing:

• Use analytical skills within Salesforce, SQL, and Excel to support business decisions that drive revenue and profitability 
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders across the organization as directed by their leader  
• Analyze a range of datasets to identify trends and patterns, creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify changes in KPIs and key drivers within the business
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, informing decisions across the organization
• Build models to forecast outcomes related to changes within the business

What's needed - Basic Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, and data visualization  
• Experience with SQL  
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data & analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner  
• Skills in statistical analysis  

What's needed - Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices  

• Experience with Snowflake and Tableau
