AI Product Manager

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI products that align with the company's overall objectives.
  

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new AI-driven products or features.
  

• Define and prioritize AI product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to translate product vision into technical requirements and actionable development tasks.
  

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch iterations.
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business units, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  

• Present product updates and performance metrics to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  

• Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and guide decision-making.
  

• Monitor product adoption and customer satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary to optimize the user experience.
  

• Ensure that AI products comply with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in AI development.
  

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the regulatory landscape to guide product development.
  

• Stay current with AI advancements and best practices and integrate them into product development processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
  

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data science, and software development processes.
  

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, data analytics tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS, Google Cloud).
  

• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new technologies.
  

• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  

• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business outcomes.
  

• Experience with market analysis, customer segmentation, and product positioning.
  

• Experience in the AI industry, particularly in areas like natural language processing, computer vision, or recommendation systems, will be a plus.
