Backend Tech Lead

In this role, you'll enhance learning experiences at TripleTen, focusing on interface implementation, service development, and platform improvement for global expansion.

What you will do

- Develop a strategy for backend services and architecture.

- Influence key metrics such as Lead Time for Changes and Deployment Frequency.

- Implement and enforce architectural constraints, establish processes, and introduce tools to monitor compliance.

- Introduce and implement best practices of DDD (Domain-Driven Design) across multiple teams.

- Modernize existing monolithic code with a possible transition to microservices.

- Design and implement Event-Driven Architecture.

- Participate in and run Event Storming sessions for analysis and solution design.

Requirements

- Fluent in Russian, with upper intermediate or higher proficiency in English;

- Strong knowledge of Python and/or Golang.

- Experience with microservices architecture, including breaking down monolithic applications.

- Deep knowledge and practical experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design).

- Experience participating in and conducting Event Storming sessions.

- Understanding and experience with Event-Driven Architecture.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
