Schwarz IT takes care of the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of Schwarz Group. As a result, it is responsible for the selection, provision, operation and continuing development of IT infrastructure, IT platforms and business applications. In order to provide IT solutions that optimally support the departments’ business processes, Schwarz IT addresses the departments’ requirements in consultations and works with them to develop professional and effective IT solutions.

What You’ll Do

• You will take responsibility for generative AI products and independently drive forward their development
• You will develop GenAI products that automate processes, improve quality and accelerate decision-making
• When it comes to GenAI, you have your own ideas and will have the chance to put these to the test
• You will not just “tap into” finished language models, but also independently enhance them

What You’ll Need

• You can familiarize yourself with different challenges and always have a simple and sustainable solution in mind
• You are passionate about developing GenAI products and constantly advancing them in a business context
• You have an in-depth understanding of and a wide range of experience with Python, Data Science and MLOps
• You would like to strengthen our team with your motivation  
• You have developed an enthusiasm for AI over the course of your studies and/or professional experiences and would like to share this with us
