What you'll do as our AI Integrations Engineer

• Lead the integration of AI technologies within our SaaS platform, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance AI-driven features that improve user experience and platform efficiency.
• Design and develop APIs and data pipelines to integrate third-party AI solutions and large language models (LLMs) seamlessly, including popular AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and other emerging providers.
• Develop and maintain Python-based data processing scripts for AI models and workflows.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI applications, focusing on secure and efficient deployment and operation.
• Implement best practices in AI development, including continuous integration and delivery, and infrastructure as code.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Act as a thought leader in AI integration, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Our Technologies

• We build our products using TypeScript: React.js for the Front-End and Node.js for the Back-End.
• Our serverless architecture leverages AWS Lambda functions.
• We maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines with daily production deployments.
• We use Terraform for infrastructure as code to manage our cloud environments.
• Our stack also includes Serverless Framework, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, Storybook, React Query, and a variety of AWS services (Bedrock and others).

Requirements

• You are a seasoned engineer with 5-7 years of software development experience, including substantial expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and relevant experience with AI technologies.
• You have strong experience with Python for AI-related development, including data processing and workflows with frameworks like Langchain, as well as integrating large language models (LLMs).
• You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions to production, including experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and integrating third-party AI services and large language models (LLMs).
• You comprehensively understand the entire software and AI development lifecycle, from architecture through deployment and operations, including methodologies such as Agile and DevOps practices.
• You are passionate about fostering collaboration and driving technical innovation within teams, and have demonstrated leadership or mentorship in technical teams, such as guiding junior engineers or leading project initiatives.
• You are a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating across teams.
• You believe in continuous learning and are committed to driving technical and organizational improvements.
• You are fluent in English and thrive in a remote work environment (we do not have an office).
• You are located in Germany or Spain.
