Business Insights & Analytics Analyst will enable faster, more confident & informed decision making through analytics leading to improved business performance in the market.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Partner with local business reporting agency teams who maintain market-level data warehouse to ensure data quality & accuracy to support analytics. Computer proficiency to design reports and visualizations to communicate opportunities/issues for corrective action to stakeholders.

• Assist in generating insights and interpret analytic / model output - Ensure quality and accuracy of Models - Provide insightful advice in terms of Marketing Mix Analysis and brand strategies on how to beat the competition.

• Work in a team environment as well as self-sufficiently.

• Assist Category Analytics Leads, address key strategic questions and align insights with business objectives. Enable brand, category, & competitor situation assessment for key brands as part of monthly reporting for a portfolio of brands in the Sexual Health Category.

• Assist in providing a consolidated reporting of consumption / shipment for the Haleon U.S business. Maintain analytics models & tools used in Brand / Category Forecasting during our monthly and annual financial cycles.

*The position is located in Warren NJ and follows hybrid model requiring a 2-3 day in office presence.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, math, economics/econometrics or other quantitative decision sciences

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with strong customer focus and the capability to influence at different levels in the organization

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in project management

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a commitment to delivering on-time and quality results.

• Experience (Professional / Academic) in identifying trends, correlations and patterns in large data sets to provide actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• MBA

• Experience (Professional / Academic) in quantitative marketing research (Marketing Mix, Pricing Promotion) and/or statistical techniques (Regression, Time Series)

• Experience with R / Python or other statistics packages

The salary range for this role is: $75,371 - $103,635 USD + bonus
