Machine Learning Engineer (with ML Ops)

What you will do:

• Design, develop, maintain and deploy software applications that utilize machine learning algorithms;
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers to integrate machine learning models with software applications;
• Interact directly with various types of clients, from startups to multinational companies;
• Assure the integrity of project data (data extraction, storage, management, processing, and analysis);
• Work with world-class researchers and scientists to develop new machine learning methods and approaches;
• Contribute to various stages of ML models lifecycle;
  

Experience and skills you need to join us:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role;
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture;
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills;
• Proficiency in Python and related frameworks e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow;
• Experience in Kubernetes;
• Experience in optimizing and setting up ML workload and model inference;
• Fluency in Polish and English (you will attend meetings with English-speaking clients).

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Tekton);
• Experience with ML ecosystem tooling (e.g. Ray).
