Senior Data Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join us at our facility in Gurugram, Haryana.

Key responsibilities:

Business Support and Development

• Business Analytics:

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain reporting and analytics for better visibility into key metrics (KPI’s/ governance)

• Data curation; find data source.

• Analyzing data to identify issues/ / fidelity/ inconsistencies/ inaccuracies.

• Data validation, including developing procedures to ensure compliance with standards

• Performing audits to assess ongoing data reliability

• Reporting: Improving the quality of company reporting.

• Turnkey data lead: data → report → visuals/ statistics → dashboard → action plan → action closure confirmation → go back to data to see improvement.

• Communication: Speaking on the above in an accurate and strategic manner

​Business Processes:

• Evaluate, develop, test, implement, and maintain solutions to increase process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and propose procedural use of technical applications – SAP/ ETQ/ Tableau/ Velocity

Site Support:

Provide Axalta manufacturing locations assistance recurring (daily/ weekly), ad-hoc, in escalation, during resource shortage/ times of heightened need

• Collaboration: working inside Axalta Quality, and cross-functionally, even outside to vendors
• Certificate of Analysis; turnkey processing of incoming materials certificate of conformity
• SCAR (Supplier Corrective Actions Request); experience issuing, tracking, and completing

Big Projects Management;

Drive annual continuous improvement opportunities, to enhance department and function efficiencies

• Strong team leadership
• Capable of technical project management
• Working across functions, regions, business units to ensure on-time and better than budget project delivery.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM; Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field. Even technical business (ex. finance), IT analytics, etc. will be considered.
• 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (ex. 4 years + master’s degree).
• Experience in all Windows basic desktop applications (ex. Word/ PowerPoint/ etc.)/ Microsoft 365.
• Solid planning, analysis, and testing techniques experience.
• Experience using ERP modules; ex. SAP (R3, S4, etc.)
• Supplier training; experience and willingness to teach/ coach suppliers having weakness.
• Auditing; Quality Management Systems experience; ex. VDA, ISO, IATF
• In depth knowledge on 6-Sigma, Project Management, Excel, Minitab and General desktop OS knowledge.
• Quality Management Systems; ISO-9001:2015, IATF-16949:2016, ISO-9100 and ISO/TS 22163 will also be considered.
