AML Data Leader

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years)

Experience:

• Over 15 years in banking projects
• More than 10 years in compliance and AML as a business/data analyst or in a delivery role managing business analysts

Skills and Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of AML data, including customer accounts and transactions
• Expertise in data controls and governance
• Proven experience handling large volumes of data (billions of records)
• Proficient in complex data analysis using SQL or Databricks
• Experience in building AML data lakes on cloud platforms
• Strong people management skills
• Familiarity with AML products such as Actimize, OFSAA, or Quantexa
• Knowledge of OFSAA products
• Proficiency in Tableau
