Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance of customer data across platforms
  • Act as the CRM guardian of consent to align campaigns with user preferences
  • Champion email deliverability best practices within the CRM team, proactively monitoring our sender reputation and overall list hygiene
  • Oversee the experiment library, ensuring tests are set up correctly in Braze and recorded accurately in Looker
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies, audience segmentation, and improve data hygiene processes like deduplication and enrichment
  • Interact directly with our Braze reps to ensure new features or improvements can be implemented
  • Ensure that deeplinks are effectively integrated into CRM campaigns
  • Collaborate with insights, product and engineering on CRM data needs and priorities
  • Serve as the main CRM contact for troubleshooting and resolving data issues.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the data pipeline and its impact on CRM performance and enablement
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in marketing and customer data platforms (e.g., Segment, Braze), experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely), and visualization tools (e.g., Looker)
  • Knowledge of email deliverability; SPAM policies, reputation and best practice
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to engage in technical discussions across all business levels
  • Proficiency in SQL
