As Bizzy grows, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help us shape and scale cutting-edge AI-driven solutions within our platform. If you're passionate about Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMOps, agentic systems and deploying advanced machine learning systems, we want you to join our team!

This role is located in Ghent, with flexibility for working from home 2 days per week.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Lead AI and ML development: Design, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML systems to drive smarter decision-making and enhance our platform capabilities.

• Productionize AI and agent systems with LLMOps best practices: Build, deploy, and maintain robust AI solutions and intelligent agent systems, ensuring they are production-ready and aligned with ML/LLMOps standards for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

• Optimize AI pipelines: Create and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI functionalities and influence product design decisions.

• Recommendation systems development: Design and refine personalized recommendation systems to enhance user experience and increase customer engagement.

• Research and development: Keep up with the latest trends in AI and machine learning, and bring those innovations to Bizzy’s products. #LeadTheWay

Requirements

To excel it in this role, you should have/be

• Extensive experience with AI/ML models: At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML model design, development, and deployment, with a deep focus on NLP and LLMs.

• Hands-on expertise in LLMOps: Experience with deploying, monitoring, and optimizing large language models in production environments.

• Strong programming skills: Proficiency in Python (preferred), and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or Hugging Face.

• Familiarity with AI product development: Experience collaborating with product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Data pipeline expertise: Ability to build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines, working with data processing tools like Spark and tools like Databricks.

• Cloud proficiency: Experience with Google Cloud for AI and ML solutions.

• Problem-solving mindset: Excellent at identifying challenges and implementing practical AI-driven solutions. #UnitedByGrowth

• Fluent in English: You’re fluent in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of Dutch is a bonus.
