Welcome to Ford Motor Company.We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Integration lead to spearhead the successful execution of our supply chain digitization initiatives. This crucial role requires a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, define clear product requirements, prioritize features effectively, develop comprehensive project plans, and ensure the timely delivery of key milestones. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain processes. This individual will be a key liaison between IT Product leads, business owners, and the broader Product teams.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and mentor cross-functional product teams comprising members from IT, supply chain operations, procurement, and other relevant departments. Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution within the teams.
- Requirement Gathering and Definition: Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed product capabilities for supply chain digitization projects. Translate business needs into features and technical specifications.
- Feature Prioritization: Work with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize features based on business value, feasibility, and risk. Develop and maintain a prioritized program level product backlog.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive integrated project plans, including timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Track product progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Milestone Delivery: Define and track key program milestones. Regularly report on progress to stakeholders and escalate issues promptly.
- Collaboration with IT and Business: Work closely with IT Product leads to align project plans with the overall product roadmap and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Collaborate with business owners to ensure projects meet business objectives and deliver expected value.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage expertise in JIRA (for project management), GCP (Google Cloud Platform) for cloud-based solutions, SharePoint for document management, and Power Automate for workflow automation to drive project efficiency and success. Proficiency in other relevant technologies is a plus.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and leverage technology to optimize workflows and increase efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the strategic roadmap for supply chain digitization.
- Translate high-level strategic goals into detailed, actionable plans with measurable KPIs.
- Regularly report on project progress, milestones achieved, and any roadblocks encountered to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in supply chain digitization and recommend innovative solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digitization initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a supply chain or IT integration role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Expertise in JIRA, GCP, Data Analytics, SharePoint, and Power Automate is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with API integration and data transformation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
