YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assortment Data Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will assist in improving the quality and consistency of product content across our Assortment Management Tool and Product Information Management (PIM) system. You’ll be involved in analyzing data and resolving discrepancies between Glovo internal systems. Additionally, you will help create and manage project processes to address specific issues, collaborating with both HQ and local teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of product data within our Product Information Management system (PIM), ensuring consistency between the information in the backend and what is displayed in the catalog/app. Help identify and troubleshoot content issues at Product level.
  • Use basic Python and other tools to analyze large amounts of product data. Identify problems, suggest improvements, and help correct discrepancies in the product information system.
  • Become the owner of the Q-Commerce Catalog and Content Quality, both in terms of information completeness and accuracy at Product level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help resolve product content issues and contribute to ongoing improvements. This includes working alongside a team of 5 Content Support Agents.
  • Creating and implementing project management processes to address specific content or data-related issues. Work with various stakeholders, both HQ and local teams, to define, track, and resolve issues efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to define, set up, and manage end-to-end processes for problem-solving, collaborating with different teams both centrally and locally.
  • A strong interest in content management, e-commerce, and data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or other scripting languages; experience with data analysis and automation is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve issues.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and helping with the organization and processing of data.
  • Basic understanding of how product information is managed and displayed in apps or websites.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
