Job Description
As the Group Commercial Analyst at Eurofiber, you'll be at the heart of driving commercial success across our organization. This pivotal role serves as the crucial link between sales, strategy, and marketing teams, leveraging your analytical skills to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.

Core activities & responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior, leveraging internal and external data sources to improve commercial activities and strategies.
- Develop and benchmark commercial and strategic KPIs across business units and countries, ensuring consistent definitions and visibility of key drivers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, create data-driven business cases, and support strategic decision-making, including network rollout initiatives.
- Enhance data quality and analytics capabilities, working to improve internal and external data sources and professionalize analytics processes within Eurofiber.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support marketing campaigns, customer retention, and lead generation efforts.
- Present comprehensive analyses and strategic proposals to the commercial leadership team, driving tactical improvements and supporting long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
As a self-motivated and proactive individual, you'll manage multiple activities while maintaining a big-picture perspective. Your ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, will be key to aligning and executing commercial plans.
Minimum qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, e.g. PowerBI.
- Familiarity with MS Office, expert level MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in data visualisation, data modelling, big data analytics and programming languages, like: Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, including towards senior management.
- Experience working in international teams.
- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment.
- Dutch, French or German language skills desirable.
